Worlwide shipping is available with UPS and domestically with Yurtici Kargo for the products you purchase from our site. Shipping is free for domestic shipments. A shipping fee will be issued for worlwide shipping. Do not hesitate to reach the specified contact addresses for your questions.
The products on the site are prepared specifically for you upon order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our product preparation process is between 7-14 days. The shipping process varies between 3-7 days on average for domestic shipments and 10-15 days for worlwide shipments. Process-related disruptions that are not caused by us should be taken into consideration.
Returns
For the acceptance of a return request:
✦ The request must be made within 14 days after the product reaches you,

✦ The product requested for return should not be designed specifically for the customer (minor customizations available on the site not included)
✦ The product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered to you,
If the return is not due to any seller error, the return shipping fee is covered by the buyer, After your return is reviewed; if the necessary conditions are met, you will be refunded with a deducting of the shipping fee.
